The staff had to work through the entire weekend to remove all the damaged materials and extract all of the water. We determined that a main line in the building had become disconnected flooding the entire crawl space as well as the entire main floor. “ It was great to see everyone come together as a team to help this business out.’ Said Kyle. Elite made sure the work was done thoroughly and to our satisfaction. They were careful to explain what they were doing and to answer our questions. they did an excellent job of replacing the damaged wall, painting the walls and ceiling and replacing the pad and carpet in the room where the fire occurred. They have cutting edge equipment for removing smoke from the air and from the walls and furnishings in the rest of the house.

I was impressed by the caring they showed for us and for our possessions, taking away everything in the room and bringing it back clean, smoke free and securely packed. I contacted Elite restoration who came within 2 hours and immediately began the restoration process. There was smoke and fire damage in the room and smoke in the rest of the house.
